		<description>I had the honor of meeting Adm. Ramage while serving in USS ORION in Norfolk.He stopped, during a COC personnel inspection and talked to me for a short space of time. Later, I couldn't remember a single word of what he (or I) had said to each other. The reason for this loss of memory was that I couldn't take my eyes off the MOH that he was wearing.</description>
