  Thanks for the trackback to this post -- good writeup of one of my favorites as well.  One that frankly, I would like to see more recognition of within and without the service.  BTW, don't forget CAPT Cousons (History) and CDR Boykin (Poli Sci) as some of the other retired Navy folks on campus, though none w/as distinguished a past as CAPT Hathaway's...
